We often wish we had not allowed it to get scrambled up in the first place (depression), and as we start to solve a part of the cube, we can become anxious about making moves that might mess up what we have already fixed
So it is a fabulous starting point as you look to begin your journey towards unscrambling your mind.

My 15 Pillars of Everyday Happiness are taken from 10 years of reading books and listening to audio podcasts. I took all the parts that worked for me to help me recover from depression on 3 separate occasions. These low days happen very infrequently now, thanks to doing most of these 15 Pillars every day. In the past, if I had a low day it would take me up to 2 weeks to recover, but now I can do it within 24 hours.
Doing these 15 steps regularly will build up your mental fitness (resilience) levels, so that when stumbling blocks come, you'll be prepared to handle them much easier.
It's just like your physical fitness. If you lead a very sedentary lifestyle and don't exercise regularly, it would be harder to run away from a threat. If you exercise regularly however, it becomes much easier to handle those physical threats.
These days we don't often have physical threats, but with modern life pressures like social media and challenging work places, threats are now more mental than otherwise.

Each of them boast incredible value and proven mental health results, By the end of my courses, you will have constructed your own 15 Pillars, and managed to attain a better chance at everyday happiness.
